hi if you have missing setanta or sky premier you need to press tv on your remote then goto bics channels or any other strange names they may be under and go on to each channel then rename then as appropriate then sort into favorites

go onto channel you need ie setanta sports 1 whilst viewing channel press menu scroll across to channel manager then press blue button then green then remane using the keypad that pops up goto favorites manager to put into groups ie sport

Just do an Autoscan
check through your channels, try channels numbered TVCH3 or TVCH4, any how it should be showing the preview to it now.
Only problem is it may change channel number so just scan again to find.

Manual scan

Press menu on your remote go to installation press user installation pick the frequency number of the channel u want to scan - tick it using ok button (u can get the frequency of the channel by pressing info 2 times on that channel displayed at top of screen) then press blue for the manual scan and that will pick up all the channels with that frequency. Hope that helps.

Hi, done an autscan but still cannot get Setanta sport channels.
My scan freq starts at 322Mhz.....how do i manually scan for freq 283Mhz (as apparently this is the new Setanta frequency)

Any help appreciated...thanks

Found how to manually scan & tried Freq = 283 Mhz, Symbol = 6.952 and Modulator = Qam64 ......no luck signal too weak & scanned no channels !
Please help !

Got it & it works - Freq = 338 Mhz
