EX5000 Favorite sort gone

Any ideas got the new patch on and done a deep scan before the box used to sort all the channels into different categories but now I just have a long list of channels.........also I dont seem to have as many channels no sly premier,disney or sly sports x no bics either i'm in the Manchester area.

Lost favourites

Go to Menu, then go to Channels, then go for Add Favourites.
From the list of channels, give them a colour code, on mine it's Red for Tv Channels, Blue for Entertainment and so on. In all, there are 8 catagories, to get to the other 4, press the Favourite Button, which lets you give them News/Docu. Kids, Music & Locked.
It's a laborious task, but once it's done, they can be saved on your pc via something called Voxer, which is available on here somewhere.
I hope that helps, it's how I sorted out my Eurovox Maxv.
