Blank Screen

Hi,all I am getting when i switch my eurobox on is a blank screen and a message 'please wait while code being updated'.my dbox2 works ok so can anyone please advise?yes I have already put the codes in,many thaks in advance.

if so having the same problem i updated the box ok for 1 night then the same problem

Are you sure you have updated it with the new software? Try going into menu and choose reset default key.

all of a sudden it is working again and all i did as a last resort hahaha was switch it on and off a few times thanks for your swift replies it just goes to show that no matter what there are still people out there who try to be helpful,merry crimbo
