Euro box 2007, problem?

Can anyone advice how I would update a 2007 Eurovoxmax in laymans terms please, because at the moment all I see on screen is`CODE BEING UPDATED`?

hi bolster you need to set the box up to date you can do it manually every day by doing the following .
switch on box so it showes serching for update ,
press menu on remote
then press yellow button
this will show code set up
we have ntl code but diffrent for other suppliers
top 4 boxes 54 01
next set down 3f b8 36 62 72 e5 e2 76
next set down 35 5e d6 40 6e aa 99 41
this code is for4 dec 2008
dont think that the control has only numbers look at the bottom of the last codes
and it tells you A press tv and the others follow the set letters set up
