      Blue !

Craig 07 - I had exactly the same problem as you and have spent the past few nights messing about reflashing the box but getting nowhere fast. In the end I've done a Factory reset and then reflashed it with the old firmware from 07. Pain in the butt but I'd rather manually input the codes than kill the box altogether !! Good luck m8.

What i find strange, is you tried your friends box, and getting the same error, and if your friends box was working before, (presuming he lives in the same area as you) this tells me you do have a signal problem, but if your broadband is still working, then the problem must be on the cable to your box, check back to where the cable feeds your box

I think the problem might be that it's a clone. I have a friends that I flashed and it's a clone and not working. You can tell if its a clone by looking into the slots and if the screws are covered in red paint the I'm afraid it's a clone.

i agree he might have a clone, but how does that explain his mates box doing the same when he plugged it in to his house? (same house 2 boxes)

Plug an RF cable from the TV/Video out to the TV instead of the Scart lead just to see if you get back your Menu and TV channels. I have tried it on a clone tonight just for a test and it worked.

Otherwise revert back to the previous Firmware and wait for a fix.

I have flashed a e/v max blue with 30/11/2008 firmware and power scaned with 6952 (for Croydon). Getting only 93 channels to the previous 226. All BBC channels are missing. Please advise.

                  Do A Full Scan

You will need to do a full scan of the full frequency range when u do the power scan, that will give u all channels. Cant remember the exact proceedure, but I had the same problem at some point in the past.

                  Good Luck
