Eurovox max V clone confusion

Euro-vox Mav V top right on front of box and Digital satellite receiver under clock. I have counted the slots at the rear right hand corner and the tuner is visible for 8 slots. The scart cover is silver and there are green capacitors visible thru the slots on the left side (looking from front aspect). However there are big red splodges of paint on the screws of the green board (green board in front of scart sockets) and the ribbon cables are stranded.
