Found this info on the web (maybe similar to your problem):-
Could be a capacitor fault check c14 on power circuit board to see if it has swelled. But it will probably need jtagging search on ebay for a jtag kit for the eurovox, its a cable you connect from your printer port on your pc to a connection on the eurovox main board. Then you just run 2 programmes to get your box back try pressing the reset button on the main board but doubt it wil do any good. If its still under warranty send it back as opening the box will void any warranty.
