Setanta problems?

Hi guys,

I'm aware that setanta has been removed from its normal listing and i know it can be gotten again but when i scannedr new channels i didnt get them.

I wanted to know if this is because i havent installed the new firmware? I have been just updating keys using keymaster. Would appreciate any advice given

P.S I have ordered but i am waiting on my null modem cable being delivered

if you read back a few pages ive put up a guide on where these channels are thread is call missing setanta and sky premier if it helps you will you click the thanks button

Re Setanta

Sentana moved 354.00mhz Manchester area. User install edit ch, add channel tick it (ok button), then manual update that channel, worked for me. Hope this helps.

hi there i rescaned and got new channels on called bics and found all missing channels there so just moved and renamed hope this helps

setanta sports news on 555
setanta sp one on 419
setanta sp 2 on 683
and golf is on 459,all in the glasgow area,hope this helps

Put ur setenta channel on press info twice freq is at top of screen eg: 346.000mhz. Press menu on your remote go to installation press user installation pick the frequency number of the channel u want to change ie 346.000mhz - go in and edit that channel and change it from 346.000mhz to 354.000mhz (or wot ever the freq is for that channel in your area) tick it using ok button then press blue for the manual scan and that will pick up all the channels with that frequency. Hope that helps.

whilst fannying about trying to get setanta back on earlier I ended up doing a power scan but now have no setanta channels at all, anywhere?

just go back into install& update channels & they wil come back

Check out the BICS channels first sometimes hidden there or press menu on your remote go to installation press user installation add a new channel for the setanta channel - frequency is 354.000mhz (manchester area) - not sure where u are - after adding it tick it using ok button then press blue for the manual scan and that will pick up all the setanta channels.

They will be on a different freq most probably you need to find out what freq there on in your area if you know someone with a dbox tell to go to the channel if its working on theres tell them to press red then blue and they will see the freq

setanta problem Eurovox

To get these channels back some people can use there update channel button in there menu on certain eurovoxs, or you can do a new power scan which will get them back, Hassle i know.
