Signal 8% on Eurovox Red 2007

Hi - Is there a fix an 8% signal strength for my Eurovox Red 2007 box?

I have tried the Eurovox Max V fix but it will not install, I have installed the latest firmware for the Red 2007 and have also carried out a factory reset because I had no signal at all

    Any help much appreciated

Dont think the problem is the cable the application says wrong version, i.e it is for Eurovox Max V and not for Eurovox Red 2007

hi got the same problem here. max v ufl is probably working but the box cant pick up channels because of loss of the signal booster,i had to download the old sept version just to get channels and booster back,i think unless some one has a firmware fix you"ll have to buy a signal booster ,rob

Thanks Rob - do you know where I can download the sept version?

Also forgot to say, this box has been fine signal wise up until this week

Does anyone think that a signal booster will improve things? The signal was fine without a booster until a couple of days ago. Nearly all frequencies are stuck on 8% signal strength

I had the same problem with my max box, I unplugged the box and it was ok for a while and then back to 8%.
I then tried it at someones elses house everything ok and back to my house ok for a while and then back to 8%.
I tried several times to load software etc and still had the problem.
I eventually worked out that something in the box was actually overheating, because when i unplugged it after a while and plugged it back it in ok for a while then it would show 8%.
I then sent it back to the suppliers and they admitted it was a faulty box and i have had a replacement box for 11 months and no more problems.
