EURO-VOX BLUE PAUSES

'Sending' completes at 100%. Box then pauses after 25 seconds while the second phase is in progress 'writing'. While 'Writing' is still in progress the box commences downloading at 61 seconds then goes blank at 77 seconds. Final message reads 'Download is complete' at 80 seconds. After this process only a few programs are available. Box is not cloned. Any ideas anyone.
