hi guys im havin probs with my max v with certain channels breakin up i checked on fleabay & saw a signal amplifier do these things work or is there anything i can do 2 sort it out myself any feedback aprec.

Read elsewhere that signal breaks up etc because the signal is too strong
and after using an attenuator the problem was solved. Not sure if this is ur problem but may help you.

check your signal and if its in the 90s its too strong or 70s too weak , or it could be the freq just wants altering 0.5 mhz one way or the other . i.e. if freq is 370 you can manually alter it to 370.5 .Comment
