Hi

Just installed latest software from here and come across a few problems did a factory reset and then a full scan channels came in but now when press fav button i get no channels and also when go into pvr it says hard drive full or not installed.......help

I had exactly the same problems m8.What i did was did a delete data in the menu options which solved the hdd problem. As far as the no channels in favs you need to flash with the auto sort software at the top of the eurovox section in this forum.Hope this helps.

I had problems with PVR function, it's not the software at fault, it was the HDD connection in the unit. You need to open the box up an slacken off the 2 securing screws on the pcb where it connects to you HDD make sure the drive is firmly pushed home. Don't worry about the warranty, you revoke this once you have installed new firmware.

Woooooow hang on there fella. If the drive doesnt fit then you have bought the wrong one. Return it and buy the correct one. If memory serves me right then it only supports Western Digital 80GB and 120GB drives and all other makes do not fit - hence why the ends dont connect. I would be strongly againts cutting anything.

I think you will find that the best HDD which is recommended by supplier is the Seagate Momentus IDE.
If you check other forums they have also had similar problems with the HDD connection, not software or HDD fault.
Mine now works perfectly.

I didn't cut anything I only slackened the 2 securing screws then pushed home the HDD!

hi there i recently tried to update the firmware on the box but i have lost my disc and my laptop is not picking up the usb its asking for the disc can anybody help me with this thanks

This sorted the problem and im up and running till branson does some pickeling again still cant find sky 1 is it on yet
