i had lost a couple of channels recently too (also teesside area) after downloading the new firmware. i simply went into the menu and performed a Deep Scan, got all my channels back and a few more!

Excellent advice over 500 channels downloaded, will have to delete many and the rest in the Favs menu. CHEERS.
