does any one if it is possible to cancel having to put pin no in when trying to watch a movie i am fed up with chageing channel and having to put pin no in all the time thanks

ring virgin media and ask them, Dial 150 from your virgin phone line, listen to a stupid women tell you to hit numerous buttons, and talk to operator, if it cant be done just use your tv guide, see what u like stick on and stick pin in
