had a long coversation just trying to get virgin to do me a bit of a deal.basically told them i wanted to cancel all services with them,have got xl tv,v+box,seperate v box in the bedroom,xl tv,sky sports,20meg bb and phoneline.she never blinked!!! she gave me 30 days notice and a date to come and get my boxes.lets hope i get a call back as i can see myself crawling just before the 30 days are up.

i have done the same thing b4 .. i managed to get some off .. my dad done it as well . he phoned em sayin he wants to give up bb. and again he got a lower deal -
