i have just put a splitter on my eurovox connecting to my vm box and my signal strength as gone down by 4%-7%

any ideas

you may need ur signal turning up but remove your box and put youe sub box on and contact vm do not leave your hooky box on remove frm veiw

Its unlikely they (vm) will boost his signal just because he says his signal is low, at the most they will send an engineer to see what the problem is, and his signal to his property, should be the same as when equipment was installed, and if they see that his vm box is working correctly, they will do nothing......maybe he is using a faulty splitter?
