how do i change RF out channel on pace box

Hi all
Does any body know how to change the rf output channel on a pace box . I want to watch cable upstairs via the RF out but my box is on channel 52 which in my area (emly moor) is bbc digital channel so I loose bbc when the cable box is on
When I spoke to VMs call centre (were ever that is) she told me that its factory set and cannot help unless an installer (which i have to pay for) calls . Now I know how to change it on the V+ box because i did it for my mother . So I hope sombody knows how to change it on a standard pace box any help much appreciated.

engineers menu on VM MEDIA

Hi mate what u have to do is power down the reciever then press the up and down arrow buttons (ON THE FRONT OF THE RECIEVER) then turn the power back on keeping both buttons held in till u see the engineers secret menu, it takes about 15 seconds then u can let go of the 2 buttons, then just scroll down the menu till u find rf output and alter it to 38 that should be ok, hope this helps
