DBOX SCAN DOESNT WORK

Firstly i would like to tell you all that i am completley new to all of this so please give me information on what i have to do if i need to do something. I have a NOKIA DBOX and havent had it for long (about a year or two) and i have performed a channel scan to see whether i could find anymore channels but after it had finished i had no channels. Please help and like i said please give me lots of information about what to do if i need to do something. thanks, manu93

That is some 1st post , you would be better supplying "lots of information" about your box and check out the Dbox section.
