What cable reciever?

After being delighted with Kv being fully operational again I am now looking for a second cable reciever for the bedroom. Can anyone recommend one which is HD and also has a pvr? Much thanks guys.

Look mate i am not going to lie to you, Cable is really running out of time, and its only a matter of time until all cable boxes (including the one in your living room) shuts down, if its tv at a low cost your after, witch is what i think you saw in the Kryptview, Then you are best going down the satellite route, There is plenty of support on that here too!

Down the satellite route it will cost you to watch tv illegally (like your doing with the kryptview) or Legally, Illegally would cost you around ?10 a month, that is after putting ?300 to setting up a dish and getting a receiver, with this though you can get a motorized dish, A motorized dish allowing you to watch multiple foreign satellites, Meaning lots of films and 3PM English Premier League, The illegal way is card sharing, google that for info as we can't talk about it on this forum.

Thanks for the info its really helpful. At the moment on my KV im picking up but not decrypting hd and 3d channels. Can you tell me if I invest in a satbox with motorised dish would i be able to watch this encrypted content? Ps at the mo i have a sly dish on my wall would this do or do you recommend bigger

for startup ur sly dish will do fine mate although you will need to google cardsharing to get the most from it

Refering to the first part m8 how come you say cable is running out of time, it's only been a few weeks since they come back on, I thought this was a on goin thing ?
