vi*gin supply query

hi friends,my lad wants to join us but vi*gin say
they can only supply broadband down phone line,
not fibre optic.will he still be able to connect up a
kryptview to this?many thanx

If VM can't supply broadband through cable than they won't be able to provide tv so no he can't hook up the dodgy cable box.
