DIGIVOX XL help!

Hi,
I am a little confused! When scanning channels, i have to use provider 'ex c&w' (but i am on NTL) to get any channels. But now i am trying to put new keys in, cannot see provider 'ex c&w' Can anyone please advise?

hi m8 flash box with digivox au fix dated 30.11.08 from tcb.cc toolbar worked for me.do a factory reset when flashed and then do a scan
