    Where can i get similar cable & connector virgin media has installed

    Hi
    Where can i get similar cable & connector virgin media has installed at my home. I want to extend the cable to different room?

    What is it called both cable and connector? Can i get in ebay or maplin?

    coax cable any hardware store... buy by the metre or on a reel.. f-connectors. again any hardware store

      B&Q sell them or Maplins.. but as stated above most hardware stores should have it

                      If you want exactly as virgin do it then yes you would need crimping pliers and 'crimpable' f-connecters, but its not relly neccessary, the 'sky' type twist-on connecters will suffice.

                        also if you want it exactly as virgin do it, drill a hole through your wall which is too small, then realise its too small for cable and drill a massive hole...
