Basically what I said....It is an obsolete encryption and will one day be replaced. I just would not be upgrading any boxes at the moment untill.
      1/ Nag 3 is implimeted.
2/ we have a box up and running.
Bear in mind that you will get flamed on many forums simply because there is a lot of money involved.
You would be touchy if you had 2-300 boxes to shift....
I doubt if any suppliers are reordering stock at the moment.......could be a shortage and someone may make a killing....I heard of a few desperatley trying to contact the manufacturers to cancell orders if they could .....apparantly some were already shipped and they now have to sell them.
I just say wait and see......

yes m8 all very true for the cheap end boxs but the likes of a dreambox will work its doing it now its reading an n3 card on c/s so it will work and why because the soft cam got an update by the team who wrote it like the cc receivers the manufacturers of the receivers will write firmware to let the cam in it read the n3 card i dont know about the likes of starview and so on they might be able to do it with an update but its up to the manufacturers and going by the many of these boxs they sell and bring out they might just kill them of to bring some thing new out

Actually the box you mention was one I was told would be good....I just did not want to mention it until I had evidence..Now the cat is out of the bag I was told that black euro's can sort it with a chip upgrade but the older ones would be fu*c*d...
Now if you were selling boxes you might get a bit touchy if this is discussed

As most know, I am active in the satellite world, I can confirm that N3 has been hacked but as of yet only in a small way by two hacker teams, but, both of these teams are under a cloud of suspicion as they release a so called hacked card---always a new design etc---which will be supported for a short period then once they have made their money the cards mysteriously die through lack of support and the teams disappear again.
Good examples of this scam are the knot cards and the so-called lion or jungle card now all obselete.
The suspicion is that these so called hackers actually work for the providers
and when you purchase a new card from the teams at a goodly rip-off price, the cash goes to the provider and suddenly you realise you have paid a hefty sum for your small act of privacy and also helped the provider with what amounts to a subscription albeit short.
Don't buy cards over the net unless you trust the sellers----wait for the real fix and remember the dream is the most ablest machine on the market and will be for some time to come.
                Trust me.
