Quote 1203?

hi folk, i just put on my org vbox thats now in my b/r and some channels are not showing, itv3 chn4,more4, ch5 and a few more, i getting all the rest bbc,dave,ondemand etc... when i try the the channels that dont work i get not available at present/ try again later if call quote 1203. the box has been unplugged for just over a week. as i have been using a dbox for the first time.. so do i have anything to worry about? or should i call them to see whats wrong? in ntl region..... thanks for any positive input

That is why I always like to keep my Vbox plugged in to take updates and to talkback to the system......If it is still playing up give them a ring and tell them to send it a hit.....just mention you have been on holiday and unplugged it for a few weeks.......Not nessesary but I like to keep them happy
