Instructions for resetting V+ HDD

Thought I'd share this one.

I had lots of problems with recording programs and viewing recorded programs.

Eventually I called Virgin support who told me the only solution was to reset the HDD (the hard drive).
Here's how to do it:

1. Press 'Home' (blue button).
2. Press and hold PLAY and PAUSE. You should see 'e00' on the box's display.
3. Press the V+ button. You should see 'e01' on the display.
4. Press channel down 4 times. You should see 'hdd4' on the display then 'RFT'.

Do the above steps quickly in order an you'll have your hard drive reformatted and working again.

this will also wipe hardrive of any recordings
