The best thing yhat you can do right now is to read your welcome email,
As so many that join want help straight away, and start posting questions that have been answered before.
There are a great bunch of people on here that are willing to help anybody for FREE, but all they ask is that the "Rules and Sticky's" get read first, and that you try to help yourself by using the "Search" and reading through the Forums.
Then if the answer can not be found, Post the question in the relevent group.
