    Roll your own cables.xml

I am having problems with the correct file for Cho**s cable.
However, looking at the various files online it seems there is a standard structure to the files. Can anyone advise on the various parameters, spacing/sequencing and minimum info required to create a speculative file for experimentation.
    Thanks in advance

Use the existing file but edit it to your own liking. Stay with the format or else it won't work. Add in the frequencies which you want.

Here is what the flags mean.

    Set UseONIT - 4
    Set UseBAT - 2
    Set NetworkSearch - 1

If you want to set the auto scanning to use all these features, set flags="7". If you only want to use networ search, set flags="1", etc. etc.

All other values stay the same.

Thanks, Will give it a go.
Are there limits to cable frequencies - max and min?
Is there a standard gap between frequencies or does it vary by operator?

The frequencies are in steps of 8MHz.

The current cables.xml file should be ok for you.
