Ddigital Plus - ACK Read Fail
Hello, I have searched everywhere and I know this has been asked already but no-one provided an answer...
On trying to install the latest autoupdate fix (named: DDigitalPlus_20081129_api.bin) I am greeted with the error:
DL_HEADER_0: ACK Read Fail! Download header send fail.
Using the software STB Manager - CAS to install the fix.
Using a RS232 Female to Female Null modem cable straight to my PC, port setup as COM1 in device manager on XP.
Pressing start on the software, then switching box on from the back. Have tried other combinations but none have worked.
Would appreciate your help on this
EDIT: I have now resolved the problem. It turns out the bin file mentioned above is CORRUPT. Look for the file named: DDigital_PLUS_20080429_api_v231.bin instead. It is not in the download section. If you want me to upload it, post here and I will.
