Technomate TM 500 Super

Please help i have had the Technomate TM500 super for a year now and enjoyed all the sports package and adult pack.But unfortunately everything is gone . How can i restore this or get all channels back. please hope yu dont mind my language as i am a newbie on here.

you have had a connection in it to a pay server you need to find out how to renew it or buy one somewhere and install it cant say anymore as its not allowed to talk about pay servers ,best to post in satellite section this is the cable section.
