3D On demand with Virgin V+

Hi, I'm trying to watch the 3D progs that are in the On Demand section on my V+ box but everytime I try, the picture is buffering, therefore making it unwatchable. I'm using a wired ethernet connection so there shouldn be any lag.

Any ideas ?
