unscramble digital tv

hello guys i live in cyprus and i have a dm800hd pvr. i buy a usb dvb-t stick and i want to unscramble premium digitall channels.

also when i plug the usb dvb-t on my pc i can only watch free air channels but not the premium. how can i do that?

please help me.

firlstly you need a c/s which you can find on google but not on this site .But i will tell you something you will be lucky to get a cable c/s look at s-y instead
