    customs charges

    just got a nice letter from DHL telling me that i have nearly 80 pounds in vat and import duty to pay them for a case of dreamys that i got from dvb monkey
    the monkey charges you for postage and dont wont any thing to do with the customs charges the fly bas.....

    beware check out the postage and charges......

      Customs charges is not the sellers problem it's the customers you know the charge is there also DHL always have been strict on imports so using them is not the best move.

        i didnt pick the courier the monkey uses them
        and it took me half an hour to find the link to the charges on the monkeys web site after i got the charges

          how many boxes did you order?? its usually best to get them sent by ems where import duties are less likely to be asked for
