    cable supply

I currently get my internet from Mr Branson via cable , if I get a cable box am I correct in thinking that the tv feed will be there for me to pick up? if so which box would you folks recommend? I'm fairly computer literate and not too bad at modding etc.

What i'm really after is reliability so not needing to be flashed so often ...or are they all pretty much the same on that front? I've heard the Starview4 usb is good
sorry if these are all noobie questions.

    thanks in adavance

yes mate. the cable feed that give you ~~~~ i mean the net will also give you tv with the use of a cable splitter.
in my opinino, i'd go for a dreambox. they're one of the first with fixes out if anything goes wrong like a couple of months back, this forum has its own image to flash the box with so the level of support here is great.
you can do loads with a dreambox, like record to your pc or nas drive, control it from anywhere in the world thanks to its web interface.
    plus its cheap!
you'll be looking at around ?70 delivered.

What Shady said is correct, if you subscribe to virgin medias internet via a coax cable, then you will most def be able to use the same feed to view cable tv with the aid of an splitter. Never used dreambox, but got a arnet/kryptview box which i'm very impressed with. Had it 1 year only had to flash box twice.
