Should virgin not consult the account holder if they planning to make changes or renew the contract, regardless of who they are talking to on the phone. Somehow i don't think me and her sound alike, as i have a voice that makes old women weep and young ones damp.

We hav to arrange installation of the freesat box, as well as we are goin to sky for internet ?22.25 a mth. we are ringin b4 end of mth just to be sure that we have a smooth transition. Another interesting little tit bit the consumer advice didn't give was that fact that these twats can't persue a debt will while its being disputed. I also have to make virgin know we are awhere of this. I'll let you know it finnished up. ta for askin.

Consumer advice say same thing as you guys, with the exception of them (virgin)not being able to pursue the debt while we dispute it.

How good is your math, if our bill is debited from our account on 21st october from and to what dates are we being billed for. We can't work it out and virgin won't tell us for some strange reason.
