rgb scart and starview

i have just bought a new 1080p lcd tv and have been advised to upgrage my scart to a high quality rgb scart.

i have my starview box connected to an rf modulator to allow me to broadcast the starview channels to 4 different sets through my booster.

considering that the cable from the rf modulator to the booster is standard coax, is it going to be beneficial to upgrade the scart lead?

is it worth getting the rgb scart and upgrading the coax as well?

the rf modulater and 4 way booster are both quality products.

after using rgb scarts, gold plated scarts etc, i can see no discernible difference in quality.
