hi! i need some help with my digivox xl i just loaded it with the file _v1220_apii i went into the menu and put in the keys and ok it after exit it just shut down, it's not turning on what can i do to get it back up thank's.

once you have flashed you should do a factory reset then rescan to ensure it auto updates.Comment

that was an old non working file v1240 or v1250,try reflashing again and make sure file is unzipped if needed before u flash.Comment

if you are not getting any power- check the fuse in your plug. Alternatively, it could be that your psu has gone. Even if you have flashed with the wrong firmware I have never heard of one of these boxes being bricked. Although you are saying there is no power have you tried to reflash it?Comment

I have power but it just comes up with CHdl. Is there any sioftwae that can sort this problem out?Comment

load the v1240 or v1250 file into downloader and have connected up,box is off press download and power on box might work first time or tenth time just keep trying all about timing.Comment
