can anyone help got a pace 1000 with funcard when i turn it on it keeps coming up with err3 does anyone knows what that means or how i fix it

Think you might be goosed mate - err3 is a memory problem. You could try rebooting and letting the box update but doubt it will last (if work at all).
Forced update:-
4321 - Reload/upgrade/downgrade Operating Software
Turn of the box. Now hold in the standby button in, keep it pressed in and power up the box. On the front display wait till is says 0000 , then press the Favorites key on the front of the box then interactive tv, On the tv you will see on the front of the box now 4321 hit the ok on the box and it should update.
Probably the box is overheating common problem with the 1000.
