V+ hd BOX ENGINEERS MENU ?

I have a V+ HD virgin box and I was wanting to test the signal levels etc.

I called virgin and asked them to tell me how I get into those options and theres no way they were telling me !!!

Someone can correct me If I am wrong, but I am sure that I can remember a virgin tech coming out to the house one time and going into that menu and showing me the levels etc etc, but I could be wrong, maybe that was another old pace box or something, I cant remember.

Anyway, thats what I want to do, check my levels etc to make sure everything is at least good or average, could someone please tell me step by step how to get into the options and also exactly what the options are that I am looking for and what they should be showing if they are good or average or rubbish.

    Thanks guys

DTV Medic option but if I remember correctly it required an engineer pin. It's easier to VM to test it from their end as the SNR is different for each zone.

ok, im in the tv medic thingy, only thing i can see out of the 21 pages that may be a problem is on page 5.

its saying OVERALL STATUS : POSSIBLE PROBLEMS

              and under that its saying

              TUNER AGC % : 52
              IF AGC % : 34
              COMBINED AGC % 43

now, is that dodgy looking or what ? I dont know and thats why I asked if anyone knows what good and bad readings are etc ??
