HELLO FRIENDS NEED HELP WITH DIGOX XL

I HAVE A DIGIVOXL XL I AM TRYING TO LOAD THE LATEST FIX ON IT VIA DOWNLOADER 10 through the null cable THE PROGRESS BAR STARTS TO DOWNLOADING BUT DOES NOT COMPLETE FULLY just before the end it stops CAN SOME PLEASE BE KIND TO HELP ME AS I HAVE TRIED ATLEAST 6 TIMES THE PROCESS BUT THE NEW FIX DOES NOT FULLY DOWNLOAD.

Do you have any older firmware that you could try? Even if it only eliminates the firmware as the fault.

Try swapping the connections on your null modem around.

digivox xl not flashing

hi mate many thanks for your reply i have tried two different null cables and two different version of firmware when i start download in downloader 10 progress bar shows its downloading but just before the last bar to completion it frozes for sometime and message comes flash not complete retry or cancel.i have given up ideas anything else we could to make work so it loads the new fix in full

never heard of this one.

you could try flashing from a different pc or of someone else you know has the same box you can do a box to box update.

i would try a factory reset before flashing.
