DDigital Plus Box Problem

I have updated DDigital Plus Box firmware for two same boxes.

System Information is:

Date 03/03/2008
Software Version D_DIGITAL v2.2
Hardware v1.1.1

Now, when I scan for channels using "Automatic Search", results come different for both. Also, when I scan same box two times results come different.

After scanning, some channels work fine but later those do not work. I need to know, are there any special settings for different regions or, is there another problem?
I live in London.

Also, by pressing 8888 which thing should use "Enable Channel" or "Disable Channel".

Help me, please.

if you press 8888 i thought that automatically enabled channels? dont worry if you get different channels when you scan. as long as you have all channels you are ok.

i take it you have flashed this image to the box?

The file you have suggested which date comes with it?

Sorry, I didn't understand, what did you say?

The suggestion from Rida is that you must flash an earlier version of the software to your box first to make it work.

The version that was posted up was the latest fix. Rida seems to suggest you must find the 29 1 2008 software. The image you seem to have looks to me like it is for the ddigital box not the + version.

try google to see if you can find the 29/1 image.

Sounds to me liek you have the wrong update..
If you are useing a Ddigital PLUS!! box why are you using the Ddigital fix!!?
Also make sure you scan with the emu off!!! And make sur eyou scan with your right area selected .. ie NTL

i treid 3 files but none of them work only the ftp chanile is working but not the other do you think this box not its not going to work agian or there is another idea thanks ppl for your help

8888? i thought it was 2580 to enable the emu,on the ddigital if you factery reset the emu was turned off by default,and on the latest firmware the 2580 to enable it didnt work,so you flashed old firmware,scanned then turned on emu,then the latest fix flashed straight over the top,no need to scan again,,,not sure same applies to the plus version of this box

Hi guys

I seem to have the same problem as many the ddigital box has stop working. I have set the box to factory settings and scaned the channels thought this may resolve the problem it doesn't. I have read some of the ideas given by you guys and now I am absolutely lost, you seem to speak in code and i just don't get it. Can someone take the time and explain in a simpler way what I need to do, to fix this problem, if there is a solution to it.
