digivox problem saving id

hi there got a problem with a silver digivox,done the latest update done factory restet,autoscaned turned emu on,when i go to channel info update comes up,gone to nagrovition and it will not store 5a 01 keeps reverting back to ff,it wont store any help ty in advance

go into the cas menu (where the emulation option is) and you will see an option that says reset default key or words to that effect. press this and you should be sorted.
