got my sister in law pace 1000 box stuck on ap52, the green lights at the side of the numbers the top light is stays on the middle light is flashing can anyone help me

You could try removing the red jumper (ned to open up the box) leave it for a couple of minutes and reset netid with a funcard. Then try a forced reboot to see if it updates.

what is a red jumper and where do i find it

if you open the box you will see it next to the battery.

if our netid is correct (check it in the engineers menu) you could try a forced boot.

to force boot

1. power up the box holding in standby button;
2. wait until OKAY appears in the display;
3. release standby button;
4. Now press the following buttons in sequence
favourite-interactive-tv guide-tv and then press ok.

hi there m8 i had same problem as your sis in law got kids if so try pressin the stand by button on the remote control that wat happened to me my little girl turned it to stand by mode the same thing happened to me
