Hi, I have a digivox T and was able to sort out by manually entering key. What I cannot understand is the "firmware"**"Flash"
Can you explain what they mean and what they do. As you can see from above I am new to all this and am trying to get my head around the lingo

flashing the firmware will stop the need of entering keys as it will update itself.

firstly "firmware" is the software your box needs to work.
"flash" is the process of placing this firmware onto the box, usually through a serial or null modem cable.
