watch tv upstairs?

does anyone know which cable i need to buy to watch my tv in bedroom via virgin media box downstairs?

looked at digisenders in argos. there about 60 quid.

thought there may have been a cable i could have ran upstairs as im not overly botherd about being able to change channels.

get yourself some rg6 coax or something simalar 1 male end and 1 female end plug the female end into output on box and male end into tv then tune in then u can watch what u put on box mate but cant change chan from upstairs pain in ass but cheaper hope this helps unless u get magic eye off fleebay about 4 quid but im not sure if they only work on sky due to them neediong a littile voltage
