Hi can any one help trying to flash a Arnet Kryptview box but all i get is this message (the downloading is not requsted ) i have used the flash and tut from this site thanks

This is a common fault and tends to relate to one of two things.
1. You are trying to flash whilst the box is switched on, or alternatively, it is off but you are taking too long to switch it on; or
2. You are usuing the wrong cable - it has to be a null modem.
Are you flashing from a desktop pc or laptop. If you are trying with a usb to serial that also causes problems.
