am hopeless at this, but when i try to download version 291108. it says open takes less than 5 seconds to download, but then i dont get a screen with a dish or anythin, can any1 please help a newbie out

i hae got that, am ready to just give up i follow all the instructions, but cant seem to get the right thing. i have kv_291108_1_8_5.rar-winrarn and downtool_0927_rar. it just seem there not right,

you are not in correct forum here this is for general probs but anyway, you will need to download the loader from the kryptview section this together with the 29/11/08 firmware and a null cable will get you up and running. Never give up keep asking the questions and sum1 will answer you. post your next message in correct forum you will get more support

when you download the file they will look like a pile of books on desktop doubleclick on them, a message may come up asking for you to purchase winrar close this little box, then at top click on extract all files you will then have the files you need on desktop ready to go
