starview 4 not working no power

hi can any 1 help had the starview 4 for about 6 weeks all working great till last night watching tv when it froze could do nothing with it so switched off at the plug and then back on it started loading then it when with a pop and now not work at all have changed fuse in plug nothing ,does it have a fuse inside the power board do we know if not does any 1 know what i can do

Sounds like it could be a blown capacitor on your power board.

You could open up the box and you can normally tell whats blown as there will be leakage or a sign of burning / discolouration around the problem area.

ah ok probly be worth sending it back and hope then

took back off looked inside and nothing looks burnt out or in any way faulty,not sure what to do now
