Hi I am a newbie and Iam trying to flash my digivox with a usb serial cable I have downlaoded the driver for the cable and my device manager is telling me I am on com port 8 but the downloader10 only goes to com port 4 and I get the message cannot open com port can any one help please.

Change your com port settings

Change port settings: Management Services

You can normally change the setting in the "details" tab

Thanks for reply but when it comes to this kind of thing Iam thick where do I get Management Services

hi mate well u can fine managemnet service by following step

go to your seriel adapter property
then clik on details
then adjst ur com setting

Hi i have flashed the digivox xl but get a blank screen on the tv. I have power to the reciever but it says CHdl can comeone please help.
