no signal help

i got a digivox xl been on for 2 years was working fine this morning went out came back got no signal on my box and internet gone off aswell im in the west brom area i think cable must have cut me from the green box or as anyone got any ideas has 2 what i can try

if you're internet is off then it sounds as if virgin have cut you off.

are you paying for any services at all from them?

well theres a hell of a chance thats its cut off m8.

you could open the little brown/or grey box on the outside of your house, if thats still connected in there then you'll have to take out a service unless you know a dodgy engineer who will hook you back up in the green box

Check with one of your neighbours to see if there services are working fine as they are a few issues around your area at the moment, it maybe a temp problem.
