unknown cable box help

I've seen it before but I can't remember the name of it, Silverbox perhaps?

I've just spent a while looking around the forums and it's quite possibly an FTA101. Someone (Bytemaster) posted pics of his a couple of years ago and the box look the same in the photos and replies say it's quite possibly an FTA101.

Don't quote me on it though.

right ive opened the box and its got a samsung tuner inside/ so could it be a samsung or do some other boxes use this tuner / ive spent hours on the net with no luck /might end up as a nice silver paper weight at this rate

just to l;et everyone know that it was a silverbox aka dm1700 and ive updated the software and its working perfectly
